A Python and Streamlit web tool for one person's own portfolio. It compares holdings with target ratios, flags positions outside a band, works out the shares needed to return to target, and rehearses the trades on a brokerage's paper-trading server.

Only the paper-trading server is used; real orders are blocked in code.
Safety stops: a kill switch that halts new buying, and a pause when total assets jump more than 20% between reads.
It is a private tool and is not offered to other people.
